In hundred of studies around the world, scientists were creating obese mice and rats to use in diabetes or diet test studies. These creatures are NOT naturally obese so they had to create them. They inject them with MSG at birth.
MSG triples the amount of insulin in the pancreas causing rats or mice (in humans) to become obese. The name given to these rodents are "MSG-Treated Rats" Check your cupboards and refrigerator, I'll bet you'll be amazed how many products contain this chemical.
Here's a few items that I found: Campbell's soup, ketchup; Betty Crocker Hamburger Helper; Swanson frozen meals, Heinz gravy

5 Tips Employers Won't Tell You....
5. Age is not just a number:
Some companies offer policies that allow mature workers to change jobs within the company, transfering them to a lower position. This enables the mature worker to stay employeed and engage in a new challegne and possibly become a mentor for a newer or younger employee.
Be confident.
4. Manners need to be mindful:
Many times when going for an interview, you're called to wait. This is a tactic that may determine whether or not you get hired. How do you handle yourself with this inconvenience? Do you; use your cell phone, have a snack, show your impatience or read your favorite novel? Remember someone is watching.
3. Watch your words:
What we say is vital. But more importantly how we say it is as equalling important. The old addage, "Practice makes perfect" is very true. Words not to say in an interview: uhh, umm, whatever, you know, it's like, and, and. Be yourself, stay cool.
2. Hobbie habits:
Whether it's fair or not, how you use your spare time is weighed into your chances of being hired. If your habit doesn't contribute to the position opt out of mentioning it.
1. The devil is in the details:
If fail to plan, your plan will fail. Competition is so thick now, it's difficult to stand out from the crowd. So you have to go that extra mile. Do some homework before your interview. Find out some pernent facts about the industry, company or individual you are going to meet with.
Happy hunting!

Can you retire...ever?

Do you know what happens to your benefit if you retire early?
Do you know how much money you need in order to retire?
- 25% of unmarried women over 65 have no other source of income to live on other than Social Security. Almost 50% of American women will never be able to retire and 60% of minority women will have to continue to work after age 65, never able to retire.
- If you start your benefits early, your benefits are reduced permanently.
- Your benefit is reduced about one-half of one percent for each month you start your Social Security before your full retirement age. For example, if your full retirement age is 65 and 10 months and you sign up for Social Security when you are 62, you would only get 75.8 percent of your full benefit.
